School Service Planning and Monitoring System

One of the perpetual concerns for parents is coordinating with school service schedules and monitoring their performance. Given the gaps in existing systems in this field, Baho Company has taken the initiative to introduce a new product in this regard, branded as “Sapin”. This product consists of two modules for planning and monitoring, which we will delve into below.

Planning Module

This module receives the geographical locations of students and the school, creating a schedule for picking up students in the morning and dropping them off in the afternoon based on this information. The schedule can be manually adjusted according to the driver’s preferences and experience or automatically generated using intelligent algorithms. Therefore, the planning module possesses the following features:

  • Capability for manual or automatic scheduling of student pick-up times

  • Specification of details for scheduled times of student service entry and exit from their homes

  • Determination of the sequence for picking up students
  • Consideration of all operational constraints in the above scheduling

Monitoring Module

The next prominent module in this system is the monitoring module. This module is designed to receive vehicle tracking data, allowing parents to be informed about their children’s real-time positions along the route. Moreover, during the time students getting in and out of the car, the entry and exit of the vehicle from each student’s home is automatically recorded in the system. Therefore, parents can continuously track which students the service has picked up or dropped off and estimate when they will arrive home. Hence, this module includes the following features:

  • Real-time monitoring of our children’s positions along the route
  • Knowledge of the predicted time of service arrival at each home
  • Ability to send delay alerts to parents
  • Elimination of the need for children to wait outside their homes to get in the service
  • Identification of the exact moment when students’ homes have been serviced
  • Real-time visibility into the entry and exit times of the service from each home’s gate

In conclusion, with these two modules, various reporting possibilities such as student delays and service entry and exit from home gates are available.
